Sentium CRM Agency provides services including, but not limited to: website design and development, Google Business Profile and Apple Maps listing setup and management, CRM and automation setup, AI chatbot and AI voice assistant configuration, review management, booking system setup, SMS and email marketing automation, paid advertising management (Facebook, Instagram, Google), and ongoing digital marketing services. All services are subject to client-provided information, platform availability, material availability, and project scope.

2. Estimates & Pricing
All estimates are based on visual inspections, measurements, and information provided by the customer. Estimates are not final until confirmed in writing. Prices may change if the scope of work, platform requirements, or service requirements differ from the original assessment.

3. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified on the invoice or estimate. Payment is due as stated unless otherwise agreed in writing. Failure to make timely payment may result in work delays, suspension of services, or additional fees.

4. Scheduling & Weather Conditions
Work schedules are subject to platform availability and project conditions. Digital services require appropriate account access and client-provided information to be performed safely and effectively. Sentium CRM Agency reserves the right to reschedule work due to platform outages, missing access credentials, or other factors beyond our control.

5. Conditions & Limitations
Customer acknowledges that existing digital infrastructure, accounts, or platforms may have underlying conditions not visible at the time of estimate. Sentium CRM Agency is not responsible for failures caused by pre-existing account issues, platform restrictions, third-party policy changes, or structural defects in existing systems.

6. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing clear access to required platforms, accounts, and credentials, and for keeping account information up to date. Delays caused by lack of access, missing information, or unresponsiveness may result in rescheduling or additional charges.

7. Warranty Disclaimer
Unless otherwise stated in writing, all services are provided without an express warranty. Normal platform changes, third-party policy updates, algorithm changes, and market-related effects are not considered defects in service delivery.

8. Limitation of Liability
Sentium CRM Agency shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Any liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the services performed.

9. Cancellations
Cancellations must be communicated in advance. Last-minute cancellations may result in a cancellation fee if labor, materials, or scheduling commitments have already been made.

12. SMS Marketing — Restricted & Prohibited Industries
Sentium CRM Agency complies with all A2P 10DLC carrier regulations and The Campaign Registry (TCR) guidelines governing SMS and text message marketing. As a result, we are unable to provide SMS marketing automation services to businesses operating in the following categories:
COMPLETELY PROHIBITED (services will not be provided):
- Cannabis, marijuana, or CBD products (regardless of legal status in the state)
- Firearms, ammunition, or weapons dealers
- Gambling, online casinos, or sports betting platforms
- Payday loans, short-term high-interest lending, or predatory financial services
- Debt collection agencies
- Tobacco, vape, or e-cigarette products
- Cryptocurrency, NFTs, or unregistered investment platforms
- Prescription drugs or online pharmacies not licensed by a regulatory body
- Adult content or services of a sexual nature
HIGH-RISK (subject to additional review and may be declined):
- Alcohol sales or delivery (requires age-gating and compliance documentation)
- Credit repair services
- Bail bonds
- Multi-level marketing (MLM) or affiliate marketing networks
- Nutraceuticals or supplements making unverified health claims
- Political campaigns or political action committees
- Sweepstakes, contests, or prize giveaways
- Third-party lead generation companies (businesses that sell leads to others)
- Real estate wholesalers using unsolicited outreach
By engaging Sentium CRM Agency for SMS or messaging automation services, you confirm that your business does not operate in any of the prohibited categories listed above, and that you will disclose any high-risk classification prior to onboarding.
Sentium CRM Agency reserves the right to terminate services immediately and without refund if a client is found to operate in a prohibited category, or if messaging campaigns are used in a manner that violates carrier guidelines, regardless of whether this was disclosed at the time of signup.
All SMS campaigns managed by Sentium CRM Agency require:
- Explicit opt-in consent from all message recipients
- Opt-out language included in all messages (e.g., "Reply STOP to unsubscribe")
- Message content that matches the purpose for which the recipient opted in
- No cold or unsolicited messaging to contacts who have not given express consent

Non-Sharing & Mobile Information Clause
